Bookings accepted from 1 month to 12 months: in some months of the year we do not accept reservations with only 1 month of stay. Requested documents: 1-Documents: Passport or identity card for European citizens 2- Legal address of residence in the country of origin. 3- Tax Code for Italian citizens or residents in Italy. 4- School registrations, employment contracts, business trips, courses, internships, treatments, medical visits or hospitalizations, other things to be evaluated. *For foreign guests who do not have a tax code, don't worry, you have seven (7) days after check-in to request it from the Italian Revenue Agency and send it to us, the tax code is mandatory for contract registration, if 30 days after arrival you have not sent the tax code, there will be a penalty of 50 euros for each week of delay. *Documents other than those indicated above will not be taken into consideration and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. To know: It is not possible to send lease contracts if all due fees have not been paid beforehand. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY: -For reservations canceled more than 60 days before check-in, the tenant will receive the full first month's rent in advance. -For reservations canceled between 31 and 60 days prior to check-in, the property receives 50% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant. -For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to check-in, the property receives 100% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant. -For reservations canceled on the same day of the check-in date up to 48 hours after check-in, the property receives 100% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant and any refund of the security deposit will be at the owner's discretion. *Once the lease period has begun, it is possible to withdraw from the lease with 90 days notice without incurring penalties; otherwise, the entire security deposit will be withheld. If the lease is terminated before the natural expiry date as per booking, even with regular notice, the customer must compensate the property, where present, for the commissions paid to the website on the entire rent.
